SELECTION RESULTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE ROUND ONE APPLICATIONS AND CALL FOR ROUND TWO APPLICATIONS - 2026/2027

Selection results for Round One are now available in applicants’ accounts at https://admission.udsm.ac.tz. Please log in to your application account to view the results. We congratulate and welcome all those selected to join the University of Dar es Salaam.

Important information:

1. Candidates with single admission at UDSM are automatically confirmed to join UDSM.
2. Candidates with multiple admissions (candidates selected by more than one institution) are required to confirm their offers through their admission accounts. Please request a CODE, then enter the CODE in the given slot, and finally click CONFIRM.
3. Confirmed candidates will be served with Admission Letters on 10^th October 2026 after all rounds of applications are completed.
4. 08^th September 2026: Multiple admission status displayed in applicants' admission accounts, and confirmation of the admission offer begins
5. 21^st September 2026: Deadline for confirmation of admission offer.
6. Please note that failure to confirm by the deadline will indicate that you have not accepted the offer, and other applicants will fill your slot.

INTRODUCING TWO OTHER NEW BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAMMES

Bachelor of Commerce in Auditing and Forensic Accounting

Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance (Evening Programme)

Tanzanian applicants with foreign certificates are required to first present their certificates to the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) at: www.necta.go.tz. NECTA will issue Equivalence numbers, which shall be used to submit applications on our system. Applicants with equivalent entry qualifications (e.g. holders of diplomas and certificates) are advised to obtain an award verification number (AVN) from the National Council for Technical Education (NACTVET) at www.nactvet.go.tz.

NOTE:  ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE DONE USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED DURING APPLICATION. PLEASE SAVE THE DETAILS FOR FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE INCLUDING CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION OFFER.

Occasional, short term and sandwich students. This is for special group of postgraduate students applying to study for a short period of time ranging from one semester to full year and not permanently registered at UDSM.
