Important Information for Undergraduates:

1. 17th November 2025: Deadline for confirmation of admission offer.
2. Orientation week for all freshers begins: Monday, 17 November 2025. Please login to your admission account and download the updated orientation week programme.
3. Lecture Sessions begin: 24^th November, 2025

Beware:

• No payment is required to obtain a confirmation CODE
• The codes can only be requested through applicants’ admission accounts

Remember:

• To use your email address as username to login into your account
• To use the same password, you provided when creating your account

NOTE:  WE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED DURING APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO UDSM PROGRAMMES. PLEASE SAVE THE DETAILS FOR FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE.

KINDLY NOTE:

• Occasional mode of delivery lasts for 1 semester
• Short term mode of delivery lasts for 12 months (1 year)
• Sandwich < 1 year

Occasional, short term and sandwich students. This is for special group of postgraduate students applying to study for a short period of time ranging from one semester to full year and not permanently registered at UDSM.
